Automatic film panel production line

This production line is suitable for the production of high gloss mirror and matte skin MDF, SPC, imitation marble and so on wall panels, this production line can be customized according to the length and width of the product (the current more popular size is 1.22m*2.44m). The production line includes automatic loading robot, UV production line (using two-roll coating machine and film press to make the wall board appear high gloss mirror and matte skin effect), automatic blanking robot, only need a commissioning engineer to operate the entire production line, with a production capacity of 20m/min (10 hours can produce 4000 pieces of 1.22*2.44 size wall board).

The production line uses Schneider inverter and electronic components, Siemens motor, Mitsubishi servo system, Japan NSK bearing, the work is very efficient and stable.
